OP, when I first got an Xbox One console, this was the method I used to get an open NAT. Mind you, I’m no tech expert, I’m just telling you what I found on a (now forgotten) google link that helped me and a few friends “reset.” Go to network settings and test your connection. Hold the LT, RT, LB, and RB and it should do a reset.
